This past Monday, Duke joined his sister at daycare and gave up his position as my daily business companion.
The summer has been pretty tough across the board. But, I made it to the other side. In Duke’s short 3-months he has already accompanied me to my office daily, attended meetings, patiently observed SAPT’s move, and been witness to soccer practices, volleyball weight training, and testing for both groups at Mason.

Type with the right hand, entertain baby with the left... not the recommended way to do either, but better than nothing!
As for my training: not great… I think I said to Kelsey last week “I feel like a weakened, fragile shell of my former self.” But, I’m currently working on perfecting the 30-min lift. Progress in the right direction.

I LOVE all the pictures of Duke!! They made me laugh; perhaps in a weird way he reminded me of that gnome that travels the world and someone took pictures of him everywhere. Not that Duke is a gnome, but you get the idea.
