Awesome! That's great to hear! I do like how it emphasizes whole foods and overall healthier lifestyle.

I tried the paleo diet and lost 7 pounds the first week without exercise. It certainly is a lifestyle change but really works! I love the concept and what it is all about.

Preparation and what to do when you cannot prepare. I usually know what I'm going to eat every day because I have already prepared it. But what happens when you have to go out of town, with no access to a kitchen and there is only the usual suspects available: McDonalds, Taco Hell, Dennys.

Also, would like to hear more about the importance of hydration. Water, not vodka. I hear a lot about supplements and food timing and eating tons of protein and counting macros. But hardly anything about the fountain of youth effects of water. I have seen great effects from drinking water, including less of a poof belly, clearer skin and better digestion.

Exactly! Know thyself! I'm not a fan nor enemy either but I am always skeptical when a diet excludes whole foods. Any diets you want to see on SGW?

Maaaannn.... I been waiting for someone to cheer on about this. I'm not a fan (or an enemy) of Paleo. Perhaps, I'm skeptical of fanatics in general. Are you telling me if a caveman came across a cashew he'd say "Oh hell no, my body cannot process this!" Cashews are delicious! In the end, you have to find out what works for you and start simple. I do not do so well with some fruits and have to be careful with dairy and beans. But that is mainly because I do not drink enough water and I'm an overeater. So, my body bloats up and stacks fat trying to struggle with a dry liver and me pounding bags of pistachios. Glad SGW hast started this nutrition series.
